Human Right is the fundamental right of the people of the world wherever he or she resides. A convict shall not be deprived from all sorts of rights a human being will enjoy . Human Rights are normally violated by the Administration . Right of torture upon the accused and or convict is the inherent right of the Authority which is absolutely illegal . To protect the right of the individual ,now a days many NGO has been formed and they are doing excellent job for each individual . Jail has been named as Sangsodhonagar . You will be happy that the convicts are organising Drama inside Jail and that is being telecast all over the land . Human Rights Commission has been established to hear the grievances of the citizens for violating the human rights . We shall have to be remembered that even the convict will have the right to enjoy the all the tights enjoying who are outside the jail . Law is applicable for even the convicts . Any punishment can not be given without process of law .
